From the East:

Take I-90 Mass Pike West to Rt. 495 South Exit.
Take I-495 South to Exit 20 (Rt. 85).
Take right off of exit then first right onto Dilla St. (Wendy's on corner).
Approx. 1 mile, take left onto Sumner St.
Approx. 3/4 mile, take right onto Lincoln St.
